Summer Stand is a single-player lemonade-stand business simulation. Its money, locations, ingredients, employees, customers, and marketing are fictional. In-game cash has no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

App licence

The App Store version uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, unless the App Store listing supplies a different applicable licence. The application provider is the developer identified on that listing. These notes describe game features and do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Ad-free purchase

Ad-free is an optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase. It removes the game's between-day advertisements. You may still choose optional rewarded videos for fictional game cash; these are never required. It does not add game currency, alter business results, or create a subscription. The App Store confirms the current price in your local currency before payment. An Apple-verified purchase can be restored using the Apple Account that bought it. Refunds and purchase assistance are handled through Apple's purchase support.

All Locations purchase

All Locations is a separate, optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase. It permanently unlocks all currently available locations and includes immediate access to every new location added in future game updates, with no additional location charge or subscription. Future locations require the update containing them; this purchase does not promise a release date. Ad-free is sold separately. It does not add game cash or guarantee business profits. Apple confirms the local price before payment; verified ownership can be restored with the purchasing Apple Account. Refunds remove purchase-granted access while preserving locations earned or unlocked with game cash.

Without All Locations, the starter park is included and other released locations may be permanently unlocked with fictional game cash. Cash unlocks have no recurring fee and do not expire. Resetting local progress resets these cash unlocks; verified App Store purchases remain restorable.

Saves and availability

Progress is stored on the current device. This version does not provide cloud synchronization. Resetting your game removes that saved game's local progress and pitcher history, while your other slots, verified App Store purchases and real-day rewarded-video allowance remain available. Removing the app or losing device data may also remove progress.

Optional completed rewarded videos grant $100 of fictional, nonredeemable game cash, limited to ten earned rewards per real local calendar day on this device. A video crossing midnight uses the date on which it started. Availability and earned completion are required; closing or failing to load a video does not grant cash. Advertising and App Store services require availability from their providers. Gameplay can continue when an advertisement is unavailable. Locations marked Coming soon are not currently playable. All Locations owners receive access to each new location when it is added in an installed app update.
