Privacy Policy

Summer Stand keeps your game progress, pitcher batches and equipment, results, fictional share holdings, and preferences on your device. The game requires no Summer Stand account and has no developer-operated game server. Optional online rankings and achievements use Apple Game Center. Its fictional email, mail, social, and TV campaigns are game mechanics: they do not contact real people or publish anything. The stock market generates its prices on your device and does not connect to a brokerage or market-data service.

Your saved game

Your local save lets you resume play. Reset game removes that saved game's local progress and pitcher history; it preserves other save slots and the rewarded-video allowance and does not cancel an App Store purchase. Local dates and one-use reward receipts are stored on your device to enforce the daily video limit and avoid duplicate rewards. Removing the app deletes its local app data. Device backups are controlled by your Apple settings. This version does not synchronize progress between devices.

Game Center

If you are already signed in to Game Center, Summer Stand can use that Apple gaming profile. Otherwise you can connect from the Game Center page; offline play remains available. Apple receives the leaderboard scores and achievement progress you submit, and your Game Center profile and scores may be visible to other players according to your Apple settings. The game sends lemonade-sales totals, your best completed-day profit, and achievement progress; fictional stock-market trades do not count toward these rankings.

Summer Stand stores a game-specific Game Center player identifier and synchronization records with your local save to avoid submitting one player's progress to another account. Your displayed Game Center nickname is used in memory. This does not upload the complete save or synchronize your playable game between devices. Reset game clears the local run; it does not delete scores or achievements already held by Game Center. You manage your Game Center profile and privacy through Apple's settings. Purchases

Apple processes the optional Ad-free and All Locations purchases. Summer Stand receives signed purchase information to check which purchases are active. The game does not receive your payment-card details. You can use Restore purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple retains purchase records under its own policies.

Advertising and privacy choices

When advertising is available, Google AdMob may show an advertisement after you leave the results of game days 2, 4 and 6, then every game day from day 7 onward. A verified ad-free purchase stops these automatic advertisements. Separately, you may choose a video in Plan day to earn $100 of fictional game cash, up to ten earned videos per real local calendar day. This choice is also available to ad-free players. Unavailable advertisements never prevent you from continuing the game and grant no reward.

The app requests non-personalized advertising and disables Google's publisher first-party ID. It does not request Apple's advertising identifier. Non-personalized advertising can still involve data processing. The advertising provider may receive an IP address, approximate region, device or app identifiers, diagnostic and performance information, and ad interactions for delivery, security, measurement, and service improvement. Where required, a privacy form lets you make advertising choices before ads are requested. Settings shows Privacy choices when Google requires that control; you can use it to change your decision. The app follows Google's current consent result and clears previously loaded ads when those choices change. Google handles advertising and consent data under the Google Privacy Policy, including its retention and rights processes.

Permissions and contact

Summer Stand does not request your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise location. Weather and city locations are fictional and do not use your location.
